Our History
40 Years Total Experience

Battle Belles Community Behavioral Health Services was founded by the Crawford family, drawing on more than 40 years of experience fostering children and working alongside child safety agencies and behavioral health providers in Illinois and Arizona. This commitment has supported at-risk children in achieving stability through reunification, adoption, or successful transition into adulthood.
That legacy is carried forward through the leadership of the family’s eldest daughter, who holds master’s degrees in psychology and business administration and brings over 20 years of community-based experience. Her work bridges academic training with real-world practice, guiding Battle Belles’ mission to address gaps in behavioral health, mentoring, and family support services for vulnerable youth and families.
